Hands down the best customer service in Dallas, one of the best selections of eyeglasses anywhere! Always go out of their way to help you with selecting your perfect look! Recently had to totally redo two pairs of prescription glasses due to Dr. giving wrong prescription…NO CHARGE TO ME. Now that’s customer service!!

Absolutely the best place to go for glasses. I went in at 2:30 in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve because I had money left in my FSA that I either had to spend or lose. I found 2 pairs of frames that I loved, one of which was twice as expensive as the other. I sent selfies to my kids, all of whom voted for the less expensive pair (I didn’t tell them the prices, so they weren’t biased). There was absolutely no pressure from Goo Goo Eyes for me to get the more expensive pair, and not only that, but they asked how I’d be using the glasses, and when I said only to read at night, after taking out my contacts, they said “Then you might want to go with the less expensive lens”. This was by far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had for eyeglasses!

Literally, I can not thank this company enough…they repaired two sunglasses of mine that I thought I would have to throw away- at no charge! Seriously, I can not recommend this place higher, they deserve 10 out of 5 star!!!!! AMAZING.

This was the second place I came to for an eyeglass repair with a part that was very teeny tiny. They had the tool to fix it! Paul was very quick to assist and very nice. They didn’t even charge me for the fix :-) They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses and even have Chanel sunnies, which I will most certainly go back and peruse :-)

This place is awesome. Have used them on and off for years. Today to top it all off with their awesomeness they were able to repair my favorite glasses (that someone, we won’t say who, sat on - bending the arms). She repaired them quickly and perfectly and I thought these frames were unrepairable! They were relatively new frames, so I’m even more grateful they saved my glasses as we all know aren’t inexpensive. Their unique style variety of frames is unsurpassed in the city - not your normal run of the mill stuff. Seek them out for great people and service!
